创意谷湿地公园以带状水系为核心，打造园林景观及自然水面为主的开敞空间，围绕水系形成以居住、创意产业、商业服务配套及旅游休闲为主要特征的城市新区。秉承着创新性、传承性、生态性、人本性、功能性的设计原则，将创意谷、水与岸、文化与创新紧密结合，在创意谷形成创意与生活为主体的功能区。建筑、广场、码头、绿地根据DNA肽链的形式，分布于一河两岸形成具有基因遗传特质的整合形态。

Creative Valley Wetland Park takes zonal water system as its core, creates open space with garden landscape and natural water surface as its main feature, and forms new urban districts with residential, creative industries, business services and tourism and leisure as its main characteristics around the water system. Adhering to the design principles of innovation, inheritance, ecology, humanism and functionality, the creative valley, water and shore, culture and innovation are closely integrated to form a functional area with creativity and life as the main body in the creative valley.
