河流是地球的血脉。今天，人们开始认知与河流共生是人类的需要与责任，沣河是陕西的母亲河之一，几千年来它默默注视着中华文明向前流淌。尼塔景观在设计中，充分考虑了河流边的周文华遗迹，提炼文化因素以唤起人们对这块场所精神的记忆，并通过对现状水资源的有效利用，达到基地水系环境的生态恢复。河岸景观设计强调延展性，沿河分为上中下三段划分不同空间。通过修复、重建、分级规划，形成沣河滨水的微地形景观，创造一种移步换景的美妙风景。

Rivers are the lifeblood of the earth. Feng river, which is one of the mother rivers of shaanxi province, silently watches the Chinese civilization flowing forward for thousands of years. In the design of nita landscape, the relics of zhou wenhua along the river are fully considered, cultural factors are extracted to arouse people's memory of the spirit of this place, and the ecological restoration of the water system environment of the base is achieved through the effective utilization of the current water resources. The design of riparian landscape emphasizes the ductility, and the upper, middle and lower sections along the river are divided into different Spaces. Through restoration, reconstruction and grading planning, the micro topographic landscape of feng river waterfront shall be formed, creating a wonderful scenery of changing scenery step by step.
