三湾是京杭运河申请世界遗产的重要节点，其丰富的历史文化遗存，承载了扬州人民过往的厚重历史与对未来的殷切期望，是扬州向世界展示城市历史与城市活力的窗口。在对基地进行仔细研究后，我们用“银河“的概念，解构一融合一塑造具有扬州文化特色的世界级运河文化公园。从湿地的修复．到京杭运河的保护，再到冷却塔等工业遗迹的保留，展现了对历史文化的尊重与对未来的创新。
Sanwan is an important node for Beijing-Hangzhou Canal to apply for world heritage. Its rich historical and cultural heritage bears the heavy history of Yangzhou people and their earnest expectations for the future. It is a window for Yangzhou to show the history and vitality of the city to the world. After careful study of the base, we use the concept of "Milky Way" to deconstruct a world-class canal cultural park with Yangzhou cultural characteristics. From the restoration of wetlands to the protection of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal to the preservation of industrial relics such as cooling towers, it shows respect for history and culture and innovation for the future.
