欢乐花谷先行区位于美好大花园板块，面积约6.5万方，以探月·望星空为主题，将德州在地文化瑰宝“嫦娥奔月”与西方绘画大师的梵高的星空图构相结合。用特色花卉、大地艺术作为画笔，铺画一幅粉色星河的星空花田，打造避月、娱月、观月、寻月、踏月、问月、见月”等景点，传达德州嫦娥文化同时，也展示了新时期人们对美好生活的向外和对未来生活的探索憧憬。

The Happy Valley of Flowers is located in the Wonderful Garden area, covering an area of about 65,000 square metres, with the theme of exploring the moon and looking at the stars, combining the local cultural treasure of Texas "Chang'e running to the moon" with the starry sky of the western painting master Van Gogh. Using characteristic flowers and earth art as paintbrushes, the park will create a field of pink starry flowers, creating attractions such as "avoiding the moon, entertaining the moon, watching the moon, searching for the moon, stepping on the moon, asking about the moon and seeing the moon", conveying the culture of Chang'e in Texas and at the same time demonstrating people's desire for a better life in the new era and their vision of exploring the future life.
