雁翔路是继雁塔南路，曲江大道后又一条政商中轴。从道路到街道，是机动车交通空间向步行化生活空间的回归，是路权从“机动车” 为主向 “兼顾车步优化步行环境” 的转变，这种转变对道路的规划、设计、管理提出了更加精细化、人性化、智慧化的新要求。
Yanxiang Road is another political and commercial axis after Yanta South Road and Qujiang Avenue. From roads to streets, it is the return of motor vehicle traffic space to pedestrian living space, and the transformation of the right of way from “motor vehicles” to “optimizing walking environment while taking into account vehicle steps”. Management puts forward new requirements that are more refined, humane, and intelligent.
