合村乡位于桐庐县西北山区，与淳安县、临安市交界，距桐庐县城60公里，其文化底蕴深厚，享有“文体之乡”的美誉，“合村绣花鞋”被列入浙江省非物质文化遗产，更是省级野生猕猴重点保护区。合村，以合为生，它集历史、山水、人际、人文等，凝聚成合村特有的地域特色，成为桐庐西北部的锦绣江南，一个山乡里的幽深密境。合村历史悠久，是一个“天人之合”的地方。在绵延不绝的历史长河中，合村一度被称为“生仙里”。仙，就是住在山里的人。合村环境清幽，有生态相偕的“山水之合”。
Hecun Township is located in the northwest mountainous area of Tonglu County, bordering Chun'an County and Lin'an City, and 60 kilometers away from Tonglu County. It has a profound cultural heritage and enjoys the reputation of "Hometown of Culture and Sports". Cultural heritage is also a provincial key protected area for wild macaques. The Hecun Village is based on integration. It integrates history, landscape, interpersonal and humanities, etc., to condense into the unique regional characteristics of Hecun, and becomes the beautiful south of the northwestern part of Tonglu, a deep and dense environment in a mountain village. Hecun has a long history and is a place where "heaven and man meet". In the endless river of history, He Village was once called "Shengxianli". Immortals are people who live in the mountains. The environment of He Village is quiet and peaceful, and there is an ecological harmony of "mountains and rivers".
