基地东侧为楚都大道，南侧为凤凰大道，项目地块西侧及北侧均为规划城市支路。楚都大道与凤凰大道均为城市主干道，现市区方向主要人流来自东侧楚都大道。周边自然生态景观资源丰富，基地四面均有不同特质的景观资源；水系发达，绿地充裕；基地北侧有庙湖及南水北调河道，西侧有大面积景观湖面，西侧的水街休闲街在建中，基地南侧毗邻楚国八百年景观公园带；周边区域有居住服务配套及业态规划。项目整体为古典中式风格。通过对中式园林手法的借鉴与理解，尽力再现中国式的园林美感。
The surrounding natural ecological landscape resources are rich, and there are different landscape resources of different characteristics on all sides of the base. Developed water system, green space abundant; On the north side of the base, there is temple lake and the channel of south-to-north water diversion. On the west side, there is a large area of landscape lake. On the west side, the water street leisure street is under construction. The surrounding area has residential services and business planning.
The whole project is of classical Chinese style. Through the reference and understanding of the Chinese style garden techniques, try to reproduce the Chinese style garden beauty.
