绿谷丰泽苑位于山东招远市，山东半岛的西北部，该地区地形多样、雨水丰富。NITA设计团队根据该区域及场地内地形复杂、水资源丰富的特点，将居住区定位为浪漫多彩的生态绿谷。通过谷之绿水、谷之多彩、谷之乐居的主题，诠释新时代居住区的景观诉求，着力营造溪流、水潭、跌水、瀑布等特色景观，以自然朴实的手法追求花园组团的多彩性。突出丰富多样的谷地水景及多彩化植物造景，为谷地景观在居住区中的创造性运用提供了成功案例。理念落实到日常生活场景当中。 

Through the theme of green water, colorful valleys and happy residence in valleys, this paper interprets the landscape demands of residential areas in the new era, and strives to create special landscapes such as streams, pools, falls and waterfalls, so as to pursue the colorfulness of garden groups in a natural and simple way. Highlighting the rich and diverse Valley waterscape and colorful plant landscaping, provides a successful case for the creative use of valley landscape in residential areas.
