深圳福田作为城市的核心发展区，在改革开放的建设浪潮中曾引领了景观绿化的时代。作为世界之窗，深圳对福田的景观建设提出了新的要求。在此契机下，尼塔杭州参与了福田区30多条道路及区域主要广场的景观改建工程。在此工程中，设计提出创新的提升理念：高度集成——精品示范——公共参与。从马斯洛需求论出发，着重考虑人群使用感受，并提出“多彩化、精致化、立体化”的创新软景控制策略来实现新时期的深圳福田整体景观更新。

In this project, the design puts forward the innovative concept of promotion: highly integrated - boutique demonstration - public participation. Starting from maslow's demand theory, this paper focuses on the user experience of the crowd, and puts forward the innovative soft landscape control strategy of "colorful, refined and three-dimensional" to realize the overall landscape renewal of shenzhen futian in the new era
