环城北路绿化带在发展大道——环城西路两侧用地主要为二类住宅，局部地段为医院以及学校用地为主。针对周边规划用地性质，我们将绿化带设计主题定位为带有浓郁的地域文化特色的景观风貌带。我们希望设计一个会呼吸的多彩花溪大道，能够体现宿迁自然渗透的生态城市特色，体现宿迁与时俱进的时代精神，体现宿迁底蕴深厚的人文记忆。

The greenbelt of Huancheng North Road is mainly used for second-class residential buildings on both sides of the Development Avenue-Huancheng West Road, while the local area is mainly used for hospitals and schools. In view of the nature of the surrounding planning land, we positioned the theme of green belt design as a landscape style belt with strong regional and cultural characteristics.We hope to design a breathing colorful Huaxi Avenue, which can embody the characteristics of Suqian's natural ecological city, the spirit of Suqian's times, and the profound human memory of Suqian.
