项目所在地位于曲江新区芙蓉南路，靠近秦二世遗址公园，周边为住宅小区。设计师秉承回归设计的核心内涵，提出了“汉唐文化”的设计概念，其形式是通过对西安地域特征的研究，回归了西安古城的“盛世风貌”特征；回归到现代文明特征。

The designer, adhering to the core connotation of regression design, puts forward the concept of "Han-Tang Culture", which is in the form of returning to the "flourishing age style" of the ancient city of Xi'an and the characteristics of modern civilization through the study of the regional characteristics of Xi'an.
