中国西部科技创新港—智慧学镇是教育部和陕西省人民政府共建的国际级项目，是陕西省和西安交通大学落实“一带一路”、创新驱动及西部大开发三大国家战略的重要平台，由西安交通大学与沣西新区联合建设，选址于西咸新区沣西新城，定位为国家使命担当、全球科教高地、服务陕西引擎、创新驱动平台、智慧学镇示范。作为一所没有“围墙”的大学，我们给两块绿楔的定位：创新公园城—公园一样的校园，生态延续的绿廊，延续西迁精神、传承院士精神。景观从人性化的角度去诠释此类人群的特点和特征，并通过调查，设身处地的为他们设计“属于自己的花园”。
